About Us
Welcome to the Midlands Bug & Reptile Zoo! We are one of Ireland’s newest zoo attractions coming soon to the Irish midlands of Co. Longford, where you can meet exotic bugs and reptiles normally found in deserts, swamps, and tropical jungles around the world.
Here, you can observe giant pythons moving without arms and legs, watch scorpions illuminate under ultraviolet light, and see giant tarantulas the size of dinner plates. Watch and listen to Yasi the crocodile snap down on her food, and much more.
Your experience will be nothing short of captivating!
We are aiming to open our doors in 2025, but in the meantime, check out our packages for our outreach options to bring a selection of animals to your school, university, club, birthday party, or corporate events. We are currently taking bookings.
